Melissa Perry is a dynamic executive leader and former CEO with 25 years experience driving transformational change across Asutralia's social impact sector. Melissa is known for scaling operations, building high performing teams and leading with integrity through complex organisational change.

She brings deep expertise in governance, strategy and ethical leadership, underpinned by a steadfast commitment to human rights and social justice. Melissa is also a skilled executive coach, supporting leaders and boards to navigate transition, foster psychological safety and drive cultural renewal.

A Churchill Fellow, she has studied international mmodels of family violence i ntervention and now applies this insight to her advisory work with leaders across government, corporate and not for profit sectors.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Social Work, an MBA and serves as a non executive director on several boards.

My Why

Having significant experience leading organisations and executie teams, I know how transformative it can be when leaders feel genuinely seen and supported to self reflect and lead with clarity and intention. I coach and faciliate because I care deeply about assisting leaders lead with confidence, compassion and conviction. When leadership is grounded in accounatbility, purpose and courage, it doesn't just shape organisations - it changes lives.

My approach to coahing and facilitation is relational, values driven and grounded in lived executive experience. I create space for reflection and clarity, while gently challenging assumptions to encourage personal and professional growth and impact. I work with leaders to deepen self awareness, align with purpose and lead with intention - especially during times of uncertainity or transition.
