Our Founder
Integral was founded by Ron Cacioppe, a visionary leader and professor of leadership who dedicated his life to helping others reach their full potential. Born in New Jersey in 1944, Ron was a progressive academic and expert on leadership who brought innovative approaches to leadership development in Australia.
Ron was a pioneer in bringing mindfulness and meditation practices to leadership development, championing these approaches well before they became mainstream. His belief in human potential inspired countless leaders across Perth and beyond, with many crediting his leadership programs as transformative experiences that fundamentally changed how they lead and who they are as people.
An innovator at heart, Ron developed new methodologies for measuring leadership improvement and embraced digital transformation, positioning Integral as one of Australia's most technologically advanced leadership development companies. His deep study of Zen Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta informed his compassionate, human-centered approach to leadership.
Ron passed away in May 2024, leaving behind a profound legacy that continues through the thousands of leaders he mentored and the company he built. Today, Integral is led by CEO Jonah Cacioppe, who carries forward Ron's vision of partnering with leaders to build a better world.
