Jeroen van Dalen

Background
Jeroen holds an MSc in Business and IT and is a GAICD. He has founded three companies, two of them in the Netherlands, whose products were used by hundreds of thousands of people across four continents.
His career has focused on helping individuals, leaders, and organisations grow and perform through coaching, consulting, innovation, and product development. He began by founding a coaching company, then moved into healthcare innovation and product development. After relocating to Australia, he served as Chief Product Officer at Boundlss, where he led the development of an AI enabled product suite designed to improve people’s health behaviours.
As CEO of Integral, Jeroen is leading the company’s evolution from a traditional diagnostics and leadership development firm into a digital leadership development business serving clients across Australia and Asia.
Jeroen is also an adjunct lecturer at UWA, an MHFA Accredited First Aider, a Director of Integral and Hello Able, and a strategic advisor to Project Ohm.
He is the Founder and Director of the Australian Institute of Transformation and AI (AITAI), part of St Catherine’s College, which aims to improve productivity in Australia by increasing AI adoption.
My Why
As a kid I always wanted to be a teacher. I remember as an eight-year-old helping younger kids who were being picked on, to develop skills to avoid getting picked on in the future. Trying to help other people develop is something I have always loved.
I believe that great leaders make everyone in their sphere of influence better off, and that bad leaders make everything worse. I love contributing to a future where we have more great leaders, so our organisations thrive.
