Background
I build on a strong and successful service background to facilitate the resolution of some of the most challenging human relationship issues faced by managers, leaders and organisations today. My insights and experience come from “real world” working environments as I interacted with some of Australia's top 500 companies. My facilitation approach and principles are drawn from the philosophies of leading business thinkers and psychologists in personal leadership, human potential development and organisational effectiveness.
I also coach, consult and advise on what works and what does not about people management, effective performance, and maximizing the value of people in any business or organisation. In providing services in this sensitive area of operations, I have been acknowledged for my integrity and practical solutions.
