He is a former senior leader with P&L, asset, and safety responsibility across regions. As a proven change leader, strategist, and programme manager he is known for driving cultural, business, and diversity transformation through structured coaching and training. He is highly experienced in large-scale divestments, managing complex people, assets, and union considerations.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Graham has worked across multiple industries and cultures, and as his career progressed, he grew teams, driving transformation, and delivering bottom-line impact. Graham now focuses on expanding influence through coaching, consulting, and strategic advisory. He is known for challenging the status quo, bringing energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach to every engagement and helps his clients explore their passion and purpose, aligning these with a view to their own energy and values.

Graham works with his participants to find the ‘Gain’ and not be in the ‘Gap’ (human nature is to fall into the gap). He help exercise the mental muscle and has the ability to manage the energy, harnessing one’s inner self and operate in the ‘zone of genius’. He ensures these are against the goals/measurables. He also helps his coachees to reflect on experience as a learning opportunity, measure backwards and evaluate progress and celebrate. He does this in a pragmatic, committed and result orientated coaching style.
