Background

I started out as an engineer and became more and more interested in how systems work (or don’t) when people are factored in. 

I learned the hard way that the best ideas are the ones that get implemented. Managing politics and relationships and bringing teams with you is the key to unlocking high performance.

My most uncomplicated pleasure in life is going for a walk. I can often be found “dis-orienteering” as my map reading skills are a work in progress.
