Georgie Wynne is an experienced leadership development practitioner, executive coach and facilitator with 20+ years’ experience. She works across leadership development, strategy, organisational transformation and team effectiveness, helping leaders navigate complexity, build capability and turn strategy into action.
What Are My Strengths
Georgie’s strengths lie in leadership coaching and development, strategic facilitation, organisational transformation and team effectiveness. She creates engaging environments where leaders can step back from the day-to-day, think deeply, navigate complexity and translate insight into practical action.
As a facilitator, Georgie is skilled at reading the room, drawing out diverse perspectives and creating clarity and alignment while maintaining energy and momentum. As Priyanjali Arora, Senior Expert and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, observes: “Georgie can truly hold a room … creating energy that enables meaningful dialogue and alignment.”
Her style is warm, practical and appropriately challenging, and she works effectively with emerging, middle and senior leaders and leadership teams. Georgie is particularly well matched to work requiring a combination of facilitation, coaching, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and leadership capability building.
