Emmanuelle (Emma) Fallourd brings 20 years of international corporate experience and a passion for leadership development. With energy and authenticity, she helps leaders align vision, values, and actions to create sustainable impact.
Hannah Fitzhardinge brings positivity, humour, and a focus on results, delving beneath the surface to address crucial issues in an engaging manner.
Peta Main, with extensive experience in construction, energy, and healthcare, holds a Graduate Dip of Management. Her diverse background enriches coaching and facilitation.
Megan McCracken, a seasoned professional in mining, energy, and transport, now excels in directorships, leadership coaching, and consulting. She is also a recognised industry award winner.
Together, Jill, Emma, Hannah, Peta and Megan form a dynamic team dedicated to empowering women in leadership, offering a blend of expertise, experience, and engaging facilitation through our leadership courses.
