Who Is IWIL For?
IWIL (Integral Women in Leadership) is a powerful 12-month public leadership program designed for female leaders who are ready to elevate their influence, confidence and impact. Over the last 10 years we have been combining cutting edge diagnostics, personalised coaching, immersive group development and AI-enabled learning, to ensure the IWIL program delivers deep and measurable transformation. During the three day immersion, the IWIL participants will be exposed to key elements that go beyond traditional leadership training:

Myself in Relation to Others: Developing strategies to step into their full potential, playing a bigger role in their organisation and confidently expressing their ideas.
Personal Leadership Challenge Process: Gaining insights into a structured approach, addressing leadership challenges, allowing them to navigate complex situations with confidence.
Crystallising - Finding My Why and Receiving Support: Learning the art of building strategic networks that support their leadership development journey and open doors to new opportunities.

Hannah Fitzhardinge brings positivity, humour, and a focus on results, delving beneath the surface to address crucial issues in an engaging manner.
Peta Main, with extensive experience in construction, energy, and healthcare, holds a Graduate Dip of Management. Her diverse background enriches coaching and facilitation.
Megan McCracken, a seasoned professional in mining, energy, and transport, now excels in directorships, leadership coaching, and consulting. She is also a recognised industry award winner.
