Throughout her career, Victoria has held senior sales and sales leadership positions across a diverse range of industries.  She has played a key role in scaling high growth startups from early-stage businesses into organisations with global reach and understands the unique challenges businesses face at every stage of growth.

Victoria is passionate about leadership development and believes great leadership has the power to transform both organisations and the people within them.  Victoria takes a consultative approach with every client, building trusted, long-term relationships and taking the time to understand their goals, challenges and culture.  Her clients value her responsiveness, honesty and commitment to delivering solutions that are genuinely in their best interests, not simply recommending services for the sake of it.

In 2025, Victoria founded her own sales training business, partnering with organisations to design and deliver customised sales development programs that improved capability, confidence and performance.  She is also an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), bringing professional coaching principles into her work to support sustainable behaviour change and leadership growth.
