Christine Ross is an Arrernte/Kaytetye woman based in Perth, Western Australia, with a distinguished career dedicated to advancing meaningful employment, education, and leadership opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. A respected keynote speaker and advocate, she has held high-level leadership and advisory roles with the Western Australian Department of Education and Training, Murdoch University, the Department of Justice, and the Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association.
A pioneer in workforce diversity, Christine developed Crown Limited’s award-winning Aboriginal Employment Program and is the Founder and Convenor of the inaugural Indigenous Women in Mining Conference. She holds a strong academic and professional foundation, including the Murra Indigenous Business Masterclass (Melbourne Business School), a Graduate Certificate IV in Frontline Management for Aboriginal Supervisors, a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma of Teaching.
