Background

For the past 25 years, as an internal and external coach & consultant, I have supported leaders and teams in organisations such as: Oil Search, Fletcher Building, Origin Energy, Thiess, AGL, Wesfarmers, Queensland Rail, Queensland Audit Office, Main Roads Qld, TAFE Qld, Worksafe Qld and the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea public sectors.

This organisation development and coaching career is underpinned by 10 years in private practice as a transpersonal psychotherapist and group worker supporting individuals, couples and families to transform their lives.

My Why

My vision is for a world in which people can create deep and lasting relationships, cultivate their talents, contribute meaningfully to their communities and experience a profound sense of satisfaction in all they do.

How I Work

I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to facilitate insights and breakthroughs for the individuals, leaders and teams I’m working with.  In my experience it’s the insights and breakthroughs on the inside that provide the intrinsic motivation needed to transform the results we produce on the outside.

What I do

My personal journey has included training and development in a variety of methodologies for human transformation. Some grounded in ancient wisdom such as Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga. Others grounded in philosophy, psychology and the latest neuroscience such as Ontological coaching, Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Neurolinguistic Programming and the NeuroChange method.

I blend these practices with my natural talents as a communicator and motivator, my gregarious down to earth manner and my developed capacity as a listener to consistently bring out the best in the individuals and teams that I work with.

What I Love

I love my wife Sandra, engaging in meaningful and challenging conversations, creating long lunches at home for family and friends, riding my Ducati on long and winding country roads with my son, golfing weekends with my mates and going on adventures like white-water rafting the Franklin and Gordon Rivers in Tasmania.
