Background

I bring over 21 years of experience in operational and strategic human resource management, gained across professional services, finance, banking, insurance, and the not-for-profit sector. I’ve worked in Australia, the UK, and with global (US-based) organisations.

My first career was in the legal field as a paralegal, focusing on transport accident commission claims, workers' compensation, commercial property, wills, probate, and later, office management. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, I transitioned into HR, where I’ve focused on organisational and people development, executive and leadership coaching, and emerging leader development. I’m especially engaged by the areas of employee experience, workplace culture, communication and resilience.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I’m also a certified Strengths-based Practitioner, an accredited Mental Health First Aider, and a qualified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.

I’ve completed coaching studies through the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. I also hold a Diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing. I’m a lifelong learner, committed to ongoing professional development, and I’m accredited in a number of psychometric tools including Emotional Intelligence EQ-I and EQ 360, and Strengths Profile.

My Why

I help people develop the mindset, skills and behaviours to lead effectively – whether they’re stepping into leadership for the first time or navigating complex executive responsibilities. I’ve coached individuals at all levels and worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including international shipping, mining, energy, professional services, legal, finance, banking, insurance, IT, government, NFP and fintech.

My coaching is practical and tailored to each person’s goals and context. I focus on building self-awareness, strengthening decision-making, and helping people lead with clarity and confidence.

What drives me is seeing people grow into leaders who are grounded, capable and genuinely effective. My work is shaped by core values of honesty, humility, integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to meaningful, results-focused outcomes.

How I work

I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, look for patterns, and explore what’s beneath the surface. My coaching integrates insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, and proven leadership, productivity and communication frameworks.

I bring honesty and transparency to the process – sharing observations and challenging where needed – but always working in partnership with you, focused on your development goals. I’m warm, approachable, and invested in building trust and tailoring the experience to your needs.

What I won’t do is enable unhelpful patterns or do the work for you. I will support and guide you every step of the way.

What I do

I work with individuals across all levels of an organisation – from emerging leaders to senior executives – to help them lead with greater confidence, clarity and impact. My coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices and adapted to each person’s role and environment.

I often support organisations through leadership development programs or targeted initiatives, using tools such as psychometric assessments to deepen self-awareness and drive meaningful behavioural change. I help clients turn insight into action, using their strengths to navigate challenges and lead more effectively.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also facilitate workshops on topics such as team dynamics, workplace culture, resilience, and communication – always with a focus on practical outcomes that enable long-term growth.

What I love

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, practising mindfulness, and going to the movies, theatre and ballet. I’m also a keen foil fencer. And yes – I proudly wear the title of “crazy cat lady” and have a huge heart for animals of all kinds.
