These instruments are used in both recruitment and development settings. Thomas International believe in unlocking the potential of every individual, team and organisation by making the complex nature of human behaviour, aptitude and personality easier for everyone to understand.  A number of the Integral team of coaches and consultants are accredited to use the following inventories;

  • PPA – measuring behavioural styles using DISC as a framework

  • HPTA – High Potential Trait Indicator (like a personality inventory)

  • TEIQ – Emotional Intelligence inventory.
