Paul is a Client Manager and Coach with Integral, bringing over 15 years of leadership and management experience across small to large businesses, where he has managed diverse teams and driven organisational growth.
He holds an MBA specialising in Leadership from UWA, as well as a Bachelor of Psychological Science. His qualifications are further complemented by his credentials as a Trainers Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Health First Aid, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Cert IV in WHS, and Cert IV in Fitness.
As a Coach
Paul supports his clients by holding space and listening attentively for key moments and words that can open new avenues of discovery. He focuses on outcomes that balance action-oriented goals with how clients show up as leaders, exploring both the being and doing of leadership. Paul’s approach integrates evidence-based methodologies, including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral practices, to support meaningful growth and transformation. His natural positivity fosters the belief that every challenge can be overcome, turning obstacles into opportunities for development.
Leadership Development Workshops & Team Facilitation
Paul has extensive experience in coaching and facilitation, having delivered a variety of programs at the corporate level. His portfolio includes workshops on Leading Self, Culture & Leadership, Stress Resilience, Effective Communication, team building, and health and wellness initiatives. He is adept at creating engaging learning environments that encourage growth, collaboration, and sustained performance.
Volunteering & Personal
Paul is also deeply committed to community well-being. He volunteers with MensTalk, a men’s mental health charity, where he serves as a mentor and facilitator. In this role, he supports men in navigating life’s challenges, fosters open conversations about mental health, and empowers individuals to build resilience and well-being. This volunteer work enriches his professional practice and reflects his dedication to holistic, person-centered support.
With a background in semi-professional sport, Paul remains active by playing master’s AFL, coaching his children’s sports teams, and has contributed to the Women’s AFL space at both state and local levels. While he values the development of sport-specific skills, his true passion lies in challenging mindsets and supporting individual growth—helping people perform at their best not just in sport, but also in their professional and personal lives.
